It was sitting there looking lonely and by itself in the online auction ad. An early 1900s Victrola offbrand called a Silverola that once charmed the guests at the Savoy Hotel in downtown Kansas City, it now was covered in drywall dust. A couple of bids and a day later I had this new old contraption in my garage and the sickness started.
As I started to look online for resources on how to revitalize this machine it seems more often than not the links are broken, documents missing and pictures no longer exist.
So this is my attempt at trying to capture some of that digital information on these analogue machines.
